1. We need ringlock scaffolding. What materials are available?
We offer ringlock scaffolding made of Q235 steel, Q355 steel and aluminum alloy. Q235 steel has good plasticity and weldability. Q355 steel has higher strength, and the aluminum alloy is lightweight and corrosion-resistant. You can choose according to your actual needs.
2. What are the common specifications for the uprights and crossbars of the scaffolding?
The diameter of the uprights is usually 48.3mm or 60mm. The common lengths of crossbars are 1.2m, 1.5m, and 1.8m. The lengths of uprights include 2m, 2.5m, 3m and so on. Of course, we also support customized specifications within a certain range.
3. What are the requirements for the surface treatment of the scaffolding?
Common surface treatment methods include hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing, painting, and powder coating. For hot-dip galvanizing, the thickness of the zinc coating can reach no less than 80μm with strong adhesion and good protection effect. Electro-galvanizing has a relatively lower cost. Painting and powder coating can provide a variety of color options and also have a certain protective effect.
4. Can your scaffolding meet which quality standards?
Our products are manufactured in strict accordance with international standards, such as EN 12811-1 European standard and ASTM American Society for Testing and Materials standard. During the production process, every process is subject to strict quality control to ensure that the product quality meets the standards.
5. Could you provide the price of the scaffolding? What price terms are adopted?
Certainly. Taking the common ringlock scaffolding as an example, we can provide quotations with different price terms such as FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) and EXW (Ex Works).
6. What payment methods do you accept? What are the specific requirements?
We mainly accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) payment methods. For T/T payment, generally 30% of the deposit is required, and 70% of the balance is paid before shipment. For L/C, an irrevocable sight letter of credit needs to be opened.
7. How are the scaffolding packaged and transported?
In terms of packaging, we usually use wooden boxes to ensure that the products are not damaged during transportation. The size of the wooden box can be customized according to the specifications of the scaffolding, and there are clear product markings on the outside. The main transportation methods are sea freight, air freight and land transportation. Sea freight has a lower cost and is suitable for transporting large quantities of goods. Air freight is faster but has a higher cost. Land transportation is suitable for neighboring countries and regions. The transportation time varies according to different transportation methods and destinations.
8. How long will it take to deliver the goods after placing an order?
Generally, we can ship the goods within 30 days after receiving the deposit. However, if the order quantity is large or there are special circumstances, we may negotiate with you to appropriately extend the delivery time. But we will do our best to ensure on-time delivery.
9. What does the after-sales service of the product include?
We provide a 5 yeas warranty period. During the warranty period, for any product quality problems caused by non-human factors, we will repair or replace them for free. The response time for after-sales maintenance service is within 24 hours after receiving the notice, and we will arrange professional personnel to solve the problem as soon as possible. Regarding the return and exchange policy, if there are quality problems with the product and it does not affect the second sale, it can be returned or exchanged. If the customer needs to return or exchange the product due to their own reasons, the cost will be negotiated.
